housekeeping services additional fee
The housekeeping services were a letdown. Only bathroom towels were changed and bins emptied. the room itself wasn't cleaned, and the bed wasn't made unless i paid extra. i wasn't happy i had to discover this policy upon arrival from another guest. i expected basic room cleaning to be included.

loud street uncomfortable bed
the hotel was clean and the room had everything i needed for my stay.
My room faced a street, and it was pretty loud. i heard ambulances with sirens throughout the night. the bed was also not very comfy. I slept poorly.

i really enjoyed that a washing machine was available in the room. it was a convenient 2 in 1 unit, handling both washing and drying. the breakfast offered a good selection of nutritious items.
there was a noticeable smell in the room that we couldn't identify. it seemed to come from either the bathroom or the washer. our clothes also never fully dried after several laundry loads.

Fantastic Stay in Shinjuku!
ideal location room washer-dryer free beverages nearby store
this location is perfectly situated for easy access to all of shinjuku's attractions. the room included a washer and dryer, really useful. the staff offered complimentary beverages from 7am to 11pm. the room also had big lawson nearby so very practical.
i found that the breakfast starts a bit late at 7am. this made it difficult joining early morning tours to enjoy it.

the location was acceptable, as it was near local attractions.
i found the staff quite unfriendly and unaccommodating, it. the room was also smaller than expected. the fact that basic cleaning was not included was disappointing too. it seemed like i was paying extra for something basic.

The location was convenient, providing easy access to subway stations and attractions. A washer and dryer in the room was useful, great to pack light. The beds were comfortable, and the room remained quiet despite being on a main road. The staff was always friendly and eager to help with our luggage.
